On a related topic, various parts of the internet are now flooded with all kinds of 'hot takes' on Taiwan (more than usual) asserted so confidently yet... so out of touch with Taiwan's situation. As in, statements I couldn't imagine a Taiwanese person of ANY political affiliation agreeing with. I know much more about Taiwan than Ukraine, so when I see people so confidently opinionate on Taiwan in a way which shows so little knowledge of Taiwan, I also question all their assertions about Ukraine (beyond the obvious).
